The Service includes two categories of content and tools:
On-Platform Tools (Web-Based): Many features — including compliance calculators, manual viewers, federal regulation references, and search tools — are used directly within the browser. These tools require an active internet connection and a valid subscription to access.
Downloadable Resources: Certain content, including PDFs, spreadsheets, and reference documents, may be downloaded to your local device for offline use. Downloaded files are provided for your personal professional use during your active subscription period. Downloaded files are not revoked upon subscription expiration, but continued access to new downloads and updated content requires an active subscription.
An annual subscription grants twelve (12) months of access to the Service beginning from your purchase date. Your access period is calculated from the date and time your payment is successfully processed. At the end of the twelve-month period, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.
Access is not transferable between users. Your subscription is associated with the individual account created at the time of purchase.
Each subscription is an individual license granted to the purchasing account holder. Sharing account credentials with additional users is not permitted under a single individual license. If your organization or facility requires access for multiple users, multi-user and facility-wide licensing options are available.

Throughout your active subscription period, you will receive access to updates and new content as it is published. Updates are delivered automatically — no action is required on your part to receive them.
We strive to keep all content current with the latest guidance from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and other relevant regulatory bodies. However, users are encouraged to verify critical compliance information against official government sources.
