In the event of an extended, unplanned service outage directly caused by Quality Skilled Solutions LLC that significantly impairs access to the platform for a substantial portion of your subscription period, we may, at our discretion, offer a prorated account credit toward a future subscription period. Service interruptions due to circumstances outside our control — including internet outages, third-party service disruptions, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance windows — do not qualify for refunds or credits.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us to resolve your concern, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access pending resolution of the dispute. We encourage you to contact us directly — we are committed to resolving legitimate billing concerns promptly and fairly.
