Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the Service, all sales are final. We do not provide monetary refunds for subscription purchases. If you cancel your subscription, access to the Service continues through the end of your current paid subscription period. No partial-period refunds are issued for unused subscription time. We maintain the Service and provide regular updates that incorporate the latest CMS and CDC guidance. However, technical limitations and interruptions may occur. In the event the Service is unavailable or not functioning as expected, users are advised to consult the official CMS (www.cms.gov) and CDC (www.cdc.gov) websites for critical information. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
